The Northside Civic Organization has called an open meeting at Sib's on the Mountain to discuss spot zoning and how residents should make their views known at a Senate Committee of the Whole meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 31, where five rezoning requests are for North Side and West End enterprises including gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, a bar and, according to the NCO, a nightclub.
