Dear Source,
The Government of the Virgin Islands should not fail to find a way to buy the Vessup Bay beachfront property. I have been coming to St Thomas every year for more than 30 years and so many times I have enjoyed a swim at Vessup. There are not many beaches left in St Thomas where the average person can go and enjoy themselves, without wondering whether or not they are welcome. I sincerely hope the people of the island in this instance will ban together and demand that "We Shall Overcome" and buy the property.
