The Red Hook Community Alliance along with the Environmental Rangers, the Concerned Native Virgin Islanders and the Northside Civic Organization will celebrate the Senate vote to preserve Vessup Beach with a BBQ beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 18.
