June 7, 2004 – The St. Croix District Committee of the Democratic Party is continuing its series of "State of the Territory Reports" and Lt. Gov. Vargrave A. Richards will discuss his plans to revitalize St. Croix's economy.
Additionally, James A. O'Bryan, state chairman, will speak about the resolution adopted by the Territorial Committee, which opposes the Chief Financial Officer proposal in Congress. The resolution authorizes the State Chair to represent the Territorial Committee before the Congress. The meeting is Saturday, June 12, 10 a.m., at Midland Restaurant.
