Medication Ordered from States for Burned Horse

Dear Source,
My heart bleeds for the innocent horse who was so cruelly burned by mindless, sadistic predators. We desperately need to pass the animal rights bill introduced by Sen. Donastorg that is awaiting amendment in Sen. Lorraine Berry's Public Safety Judiciary, Homeland Security and Justice Committee. It is long overdue, and the longer it languishes, the more animal abusers go unpunished and the less justice for the animal victims with whom we share this planet.
The maniacs who commit these heinous crimes are a danger to society in general, so why is it taking over four years to pass this bill?
