UVI Center to Offer Massage Therapy Course

May 24, 2004 – The University of the Virgin Islands Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning Center will offer an Introduction to Massage Therapy course for residents of St. Thomas, St. John and Water Island on Saturdays during the summer.
This hands-on course is designed to explore the art of massage therapy for personal benefit. Students will learn techniques of Swedish massage, the benefits and limitations of massage therapy, and much more.
The course will be offered from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturdays from June 12 through
August 21. The fee is $475 which includes textbooks. Classes will be held in the Recreation Center on UVI's St. Thomas Campus.
