Duck Derby Benefits V.I. Red Cross

Adopt the right duck, and you could end up spending a free weekend at the Wyndham Old San Juan Hotel. Bolongo Bay Resorts will be hosting a benefit for The Virgin Islands Chapter of the American Red Cross called "United Ah We." It will feature a South Shore 1000 Duck Derby, Sunday, May 30, starting at 2 p.m. Participants will be given a chance to adopt a duck for a chance at winning several valuable prizes, besides the getaway trip for two.
The day's events will also include crab races, volleyball games, and a special barefoot beach BBQ. Admission is free and featured artists Bree Sharp, Don Dilego and The Sun Kings will provide live music. The event is sponsored by The Buzz 104.3 WZIN-FM, Bolongo Bay Beach Club, Kerrygold Butter and Miller Lite.
