Carrillo Charged with 3 Counts of 1st-Degree Murder

Dear Source,
Hello. My name is Michael George, and I reside in the rainy state of Washington, City of Tacoma. I've known Natasha from my Central High School days. I even attended the University of the Virgin Islands with her. I am shocked that such a tragedy happened, because I have known her to be in a loving relationship.
Love is a serious thing and people usually take one love for granted. To my people in the Virgin Islands: Please love one another and cherish life the way it is supposed to be cherished.
Michael George
Tacoma, Wash.
