TIMES SQUARE RENOVATIONS TO TAKE 10 MONTHS

Dear Source,
The work being done in Times Square seems good and all, but what I haven't heard anything about is how they plan to entice businesses to either move [to the island] or relocate to the improved area. It would obviously be a waste if all this renovation was done and it just stayed vacant. Any information on this?
