FEDERAL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITIES TO BE DISCUSSED

March 15, 2004 – The Public Works Department is hosting a forum on the management of federal contracts from 3 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Gertrude's Restaurant in Castle Coakley.
Public Works Commissioner Wayne Callwood said in a release issued on Monday that representatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration will speak on "Maximizing your Opportunities on Federal Aid Contracts."
Callwood said any local business interested in securing Transportation Department contracts should attend the meeting.
