TERRITORY'S NEW NO. 2 COP IS ON LOAN FROM FEDS

It's about time. For some time, the V.I. has needed individuals from Federal agencies to come in and straighten out the mess lurking within the police force in the V.I. This is a positive step in the right direction for the V.I. as a whole.
