Feb. 21, 2004 – Feb. 27 is the deadline to apply for the Charles B. Rangel International Affairs Program grants in two areas, Delegate Donna M. Christensen has announced.
The program at Howard University has two parts: a fellowship for graduate study in international affairs or related subject area, and a summer-enrichment program to stimulate student interest in international affairs. The fellows will also participate in one of two internships either on Capitol Hill or overseas.
To be eligible for either programs, an applicant must be a U.S. citizens, in the senior year of undergraduate study, and with a cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or higher.
