DIVI ANNOUNCES WORLD SERIES POKER WINNERS

Feb. 7, 2004 — They went all in, and it paid off! Alan Brooks and Moses Lander, both of St. Croix, are the two winners in Divi Carina Bay Casino's World Series of Poker.
Both winners received $12,500 and may use that to enter Binion's World Series of Poker this May in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ten tables of ten players each played on Wednesday and Thursday. The winners of each table (20 total winners) played in Friday's final round.
Barbara Shattles, general manager of Divi Carina Bay Casino, proudly handed each winner a trophy and $12,500 cash.
Divi Carina Bay Casino will host another tournament, the World Series of Poker super-satellite, March 10-12.
