PARK'S COCONUT OIL-MAKING WORKSHOP

10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Jan. 28. Park ranger Deanna Somerville shows you how to make coconut oil. Meet at the Maho Bay Beach Pavilion with lunch, a hammer and a grater. The maximum group size is 10. The fee is $25 for members and $30 for nonmembers. Children under 12 pay half price. Call 779-4940 to sign up.
