Gov. Charles W. Turnbull will be dedicating some of his time and energy to the children of St. Thomas on Thursday, Dec. 11, when he will be hosting his annual Christmas party from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Emancipation Gardens.
Along with a host of festive entertainments for the kiddies that will include food and drinks, performances by local choirs and bands, dancing and a raffle drawing, Turnbull will also be handing out gifts to the four to 10 year-old set.
