ROTARY 'BREAKFAST WITH SANTA' SET FOR DEC. 13

Dec. 5, 2003 – One of the contemporary Christmas season traditions on St. Thomas is the annual "Breakfast with Santa" hosted by Rotary Club of St. Thomas East. This year's event will take place on Dec. 13 at the traditional place with the traditional menu and other enticements, for the traditional worthy cause.
Breakfast of pancakes, sausage, fruit and juice for children and adults will be served at Ivanna Eudora Kean High School from 8 a.m. to noon for $5 per person, with tickets sold at the door. Kids can get their picture taken with Santa by a professional photographer for $5 more.
Santa will have a gift for each youngster present, and there will be holiday entertainment by Eudora Kean music groups. At a Christmas Bazaar set up for the occasion, vendors will be displaying their arts, crafts and other gift items for sale.
Proceeds from the event will go to support the Rotary group's program benefitting the high school's swim team.
For more information, call Michael Uhlig, Rotary East community service director, at 715-0139 or 774-6011.
