The St. Thomas-St. John Chamber of Commerce presents its 10th Miracle on Main Street, providing holiday music by bands, and after-hours shopping and other opportunities for greeting the season in downtown Charlotte Amalie until 9 p.m. or so.
Thousands of residents and visitors are expected to flock to the center of town to shop, listen to music, greet friends and dance to the sounds of many bands performing at several locations. Main Street becomes a mall for the occasion.
During the day, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Committee to Revive Our Culture will be hosting its annual holiday arts and crafts event in Emancipation Garden, replete with island-style food and drink.
