RUTNIK URGES GAS-PRICE INVESTIGATION

Some smart investor could lease land on the WICO dock, erect storage tanks and have Hovensa deliver the gasoline direct to St. Thomas. Can you imagine a 500,000 gallon tanker barge costing half a million dollars to ship the gasoline to St. Thomas? The big gas suppliers in St. Thomas get gas from Hovensa, parade it through Puerto Rico, and charge St. Thomas-St. John an arm and a leg for the show. I believe fuel tanks in St. Thomas is the answer.
