Interested persons are asked to complete the VITI Trainer application and provide a current resume and letter of nomination/recommendation from their department or agency heads or supervisors. For more information or an application, stop by the Division of Personnel's offices on St. Thomas or the GERS Complex on St. Croix in the Orange Grove Shopping Center, or call training specialist Dianne Bynoe at 774-8588 ext. 5129.
