Dec. 20, 2002 – If you have plans to drive up Government Hill on Saturday or Sunday, you'll have to find an alternative route to get where you're going.
The road, formally known as Kongens Gade, will be closed to vehicular traffic between Educators Park and Hospital Gade on both days so work crews can paint crosswalk stripes in front of Government House, according to a release from the Office of the Governor.
