Jan. 17, 2002 – Gov. Charles W. Turnbull announced two appointments on Thursday.
He has named Francis E. Jackson Jr. to serve on the Hospitals and Health Facilities Corp. District Governing Board for St. Thomas-St. John and Raphael R. Wesselhoft to serve on the St. Thomas-St. John Anti-Litter and Beautification Commission.
