HEBREW SERVICE WILL HONOR STUDENTS

January 13, 2002 – Community members are invited to join the Hebrew Congregation at a service honoring seven high school students who exemplify the ideals of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
This marks the eleventh year that the Congregation has paid tribute to Dr. King's life and legacy by recognizing a student from each of the island's high schools for commitment to social justice. Each honored student will receive a certificate and a U.S. savings bond.
Sam Topp will be the guest speaker.
