LAGOON STREET PUMP STATION IS UNDER REPAIRS

January 11, 2002 – The force main in the vicinity of the Lagoon Street Complex Pump Station in Frederiksted is broken and repairs are underway.
"Utilities personnel are working expeditiously to arrange and conduct the repairs," Commissioner of Public Works Wayne D. Callwood said in a release from the Office of the Governor. He apologized for inconvenience the business community or nearby residents may experience. No details were released about the duration of the repairs.
