BIG SOCCER SUNDAY ON ST. THOMAS

January 10, 2002 – The Peacemakers Youth Soccer Club starts the 2002 season with games for the Under 12 division Sunday. The location has been changed to the Addelita Cancryn Field, St. Thomas.
An Under 12 team from St. Croix is expected to play two games against the St. Thomas team, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
In a spirit of cooperation with the St. Thomas Soccer Association, the move will allow the youth games to be exhibition games for the players and fans at the Cancryn field for the opening of the STSA Men's League.
The Men's League game will start at the conclusion of the second youth game, at about 4 p.m., and will feature the Haitian Stars and Waitikubli.
The St. Thomas Under 12 team is coached by "Trip" Dunville, who has worked with most of these young players for some years. Call 776-2105 for more information, or Coach Dunville at 776-2127.
