All interested persons are hereby notified that in accordance with Section 717 Chapter 12 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, as amended, dealing with the Economic Development Commission, a Show Cause Hearing on the following applications for tax exemption will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2001 10:00 a.m. at the Board room of the Virgin Islands Economic Development Agency at Palms Court Hotel conference room for St. Thomas Applicants, and Thursday, December 13, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference room of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, Frederiksted, for St. Croix Applicants.
