Counselor Teresa Barajas of the Veterans Affairs Regional Office in San Juan, Puerto Rico, will hold sessions from 2 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29, at the Veterans Affairs Estate Richmond location in Christiansted.
Counselor Barajas will provide information and answer questions related to benefits, claims, compensation and pensions.
