GOVERNOR TO SPEAK ON J. ANTONIO JARVIS

Gov. Charles W. Turnbull will lecture on the life and times of J. Antonio Jarvis at the V.I. Cultural Heritage Institute as one of the community events maring the centennial of Jarvis's birth.
This lecture is the first in a series the institute will present on Jarvis by scholars, writers and family members. Admission is free.
The institute is located at 5-6 Kongens Gade ("Education Street"). Call 774-9537 for more information.
