The V.I. Board of Education announces the availability of 10 scholarships for theachers who are residents of St. John who wish to take a course in History of the Virgin Islands or Special Education on the island of St.John Virgin Islands. The course will be offered from 9 to 11:40 a.m. the Fall Semester on Saturdays.
