MEMORIAL DAY 2-MILER READY TO RUN

The 18th Annual Memorial Day 2-Mile Road Race will be held on Monday at 6 a.m.
The race is in memory of Andrew Edwards, founder of the Finmen Ocean Swimmers, founding member of the Virgin Islands Triathlon Federation and long-time coach of the Bad News Bears Little League Team. The race also honors people in the military who died while on duty.
Race registration is at the Virgin Islands Family Fitness Center in Beeston Hill, St. Croix. The race is from Beeston Hill to Christiansted. Awards will be made to the top male and female finishers and to the school with fastest team of five runners per team.
