C.A.H.S. LUNCH LEAGUE EXCITES STUDENTS
Reflector Staff
Everyday at lunch time the place to be is the C.A.H.S. gym where talented young men show off their talents in the Lunch League Basketball Tournament. There are 10 teams competing in the Tournament: Brothers, Show Dem, SBP, Outsiders, Skies the Limit, Hot Boys, Wennington, JROTC, Hands Off, and True Style. The games are said to be as exciting and interesting as the N.B.A. games.
The games are so riveting that many times students are left at the edge of their seats, cheering for their team until the last basket. Students take these games quite seriously; they bring bandanas, pompoms, and flags that represent their teams colors. The rivalry is healthy and entertaining and the games demonstrate the skills evident in many of our islands' young men.
