ANNUAL SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR

The 13th Annual Social Studies Fair will be held from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 11, at the Emancipation Garden. The Fair's theme is "The Ocean, The Sky, the Land, This is Our Islands."
The fair is to promote students' expressions of social studies education and environmental awareness through stage performances, demonstrations and exhibits.
Activities planned for the day of the fair include: games from the past; cultural stage performances; may pole plaiting and singing; local crafts and treats; student georgraphy/environmental projects; exhibits by environmental organizations; local/cultural music and prizes.
