Frames of Mind Gallery will host a meet-the-artist reception on Friday, Feb. 9, from 5 to 8 p.m. to open painter Aphrodite's first solo show on St. John. The artist, a winter-season St. Thomas resident, will be exhibiting oils, watercolors and prints of St. John and other Caribbean images. The gallery is located in the Lumberyard complex.
