The Virgin Islands Council on the Arts will conduct a workshop on grant application procedures in the Legislature Building conference room on Monday, July 31, at 5:30 p.m.
Those on St. John intending to submit applications for the next granting period must attend the workshop. The application deadline is Aug. 31.
