The third annual VI State Health Insurance Assistance Program conference for senior citizens and retirees will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, at Gertrude's Restaurant.
The objective of the conference is to provide information on patient's rights, responsibilities, self-advocacy, understanding health care insurance regulations and improving the patient-physician relationship.
