Two unidentified minors were arrested Tuesday and charged with the December murder of 20-year-old Rahim Donastorg.
Both suspects are 17, according to a release from Jose Garcia, territorial chief of police, and therefore their names were not released.
The killing was the result of an argument over the ownership of a car. The feud had been going on for several days when the suspects opened fire Dec. 28 in Sugar Estate on Donastorg, a lineman for the Water and Power Authority, hitting him in the head.
Donastorg was initially taken to Roy L. Schneider Hospital but then was airlifted to Puerto Rico where he died Dec. 30.
He was a cousin of both Sen. Adlah "Foncie" Donastorg and Police Capt. Al Donastorg Sr.
Territorial Court Judge Ive A. Swan set bail for the suspects at $500,000 each.
