An 11-year-old girl reported she was being sexually molested by her father. An examination at the Roy L. Schneider Hospital confirmed the charge, resulting in the father being arrested and charged with unlawful sexual contact.
The daughter said the molestation had been going on since May and had continued up until "two weeks ago," according to a release from Jose A. Garcia Sr., territorial police chief.
The name of the suspect has not been published in order to protect the victim.
Bail has been set at $75,000.
