Family Resource Center presents "It's All About Love," a Valentine's dinner dance fund raiser, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Saturday, Feb. 12, from 7:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. There'll be music by the Sea Breeze Band; dress is semi-formal.
