The Government Employees'Retirement System invites members over 30 years of age on St. Croix to participate in a "pre-retirement" workshop on Wednesday, Aug. 18. The meeting will take place in the GERS conference room in Orange Grove beginning at 9 a.m.
Government employees will learn more about their benefits, including Social Security, legal rights, health insurance coverage and other system benefits that can have an impact on their financial future.
Seating is limited and pre-registration is requested by Friday, Aug. 13.
