Due to the absence of cruise ships, the St. Thomas Visitor's Bureau will be closed on Saturdays beginning July 10, Acting Commissioner of Tourism Monique Sibilly-Hodge said.
Overnight guests can utilize the Hospitality Lounge located in the Grand Hotel Building opposite the Emancipation Garden.
"The department apologizes for any inconvenience that the closing may cause and looks forward to the bureau reopening on Saturdays during the winter season," Hodge said in a released statement.
