Lt. Gov. Gerard Luz James II has congratulated Tim Duncan for winning NBA's MVP award.
James expressed the territory's pride in Duncan winning the well-deserved Most Valuable Player award.
Tim Duncan "is a class act, and the people of St. Croix and all the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands rejoice in his success," he said.
