POLICE OFFICER ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT

Offier Annette Robles was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with 1st degree assault as a result of an incident involving her boyfriend, Bill John-Baptiste, also a police officer.
John-Baptiste reported that when he returned home on March 25 at about 1:10 a.m. Robles argued with him. When he tried to drive away Robles allegedly fired one shot in the air and two into the car.
Robles is being held on $50,000 bail set by Judge Ishmael Meyers.
