Joseph Sibilly Elementary School will hold its annual Nutrition Fair from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 24, in the school's yard.
Exhibit, general nutrition information, food displays and food samples will be featured.
Charlotte Amalie High School students in the hotel training program will present a special demonstration on the commercial art of cutting fruit and vegetables into ornamental garnishes.
Parents, relatives and friends of Sibilly students are invited to the fair.
