CANCRYN OVER HEW HORIZONS IN JV BASKETBALL

Addelita Cancryn's JV basketball victory on Tuesday night gives them an outside chance to repeat as champions. The win over New Horizons was a rebound from the defeat by Antilles on Saturday night. The game was held at the Charlotte Amalie High School gym.
After Tuesday night's play, Ivanna Eudora Kean leads the standings in the St. Thomas-St. John league with a record of 6-1, Bertha C. Boschulte is second at 4-1 and Cancryn and Antilles are tied at 4-2, according to the Daily News.
