Missing Person: Joseph Allen

Joseph Allen has been reported missing, the V.I. Police Department reported Saturday.

He is a Black male known to frequent the Lindbergh Bay, Hospital Ground, and Roosevelt Park areas. He is 5’9” and 160 pounds. He was last seen on Wednesday in the area of Roosevelt Park, St. Thomas. Allen was seen wearing a black tee shirt, black short pants, white slippers, and black socks.
