Albear R. Phillips, commonly known as “Oliver,” died on Monday, Dec. 4, at age 81.
Left to mourn are his siblings: Urline C. Daniel, Irvin Phillips, Atneil Phillips and Lemuel Phillips; special niece, Yvette Webster (Ross); special great nieces: Kalina Webster and Kamira Webster-Hunt (Devar); special friends: Bridget Fleming and Edith Petty; caretaker, Ermine Edmeade; and nieces, nephews and cousins too numerous to mention. He was related to the Phillips, Gumbs, Hodges, Lakes, Rogers and Flemings of Anguilla.
The celebration of his life will take place Friday, Dec. 22, at the Memorial Chapel at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. Viewing will begin at 9 a.m. followed by the service at 10 a.m. Interment will be private.
