WAPA Launches VIenergize Services

Energy efficiency companies and renewable energy vendors are invited to learn about the Water and Power Authority’s VIenergize Services on July 12-13 at the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas campus.

VIenergize provides resources to consumers by introducing ways of restricting energy and water usage. It will also introduce a wide range of network energy professionals to help implement cost-effective, quality energy and water projects in the V.I.

Participants will learn about the available VIenergize services and WAPA’s Path to Savings. A directory of local, energy professionals and equipment vendors will be provided.

The event will take place 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 12 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 13. There will be presentations by local speakers and community organizations. Participants must register on vies@viwapa.vi.
