Smalls advises the general public that effective at midnight tonight, Wednesday, April 20, the Fort Christian Parking Lot will be closed for Carnival activities and specifically the development of the Carnival Village, according to a press release issued April 20, by the Department of Public Works. “All vehicles must vacate the parking lot by 7 p.m. and any vehicle left after that time will be towed at the owner’s expense,” Smalls said.
