Feb. 9, 2009 – The Joint Board of Elections will meet at 11 a.m., on Friday, Feb. 13, at the Virgin Islands Election System Office, Sunny Isles Annex, in the Sunny Isles Shopping Center on St. Croix, according to a press release from the Supervisor of Elections John Abramson Jr.
