Jan. 31, 2008 – Margarita Mason-George, also known as "Maggie," of Estate Mon Bijou, died on Jan. 26, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 66 years old.
She is survived by her husband, Claude E. George; daughter, Shirlene George; sons: Leston, Anthony and David George; grandchildren: Shyra, Shereen and Shekera Prentice, Sheniyah McIntosh, Starr Anduze and Anthony Vargas Jr.; and great grandchild, Kye Richards. She is also survived by sisters: Vivian Mason, Michelle Murray and Sharon Mason Christian; brother, Elton Murray Sr.; special friends: Lucia Roberts, Mrs. Joseph, Clarcie Esticks and Cleota Hill; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Mourners are asked to wear festive colors.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m., on Monday, Feb. 4, at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Estate Upper Love. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
