Dear Source:
I agree that Warren Mosler's skills and commitment merit finding him a
place from which to serve the people of the Virgin Islands.
However, rather than as the voice of Virgin Islanders in Washington, I
could see him, with his strong financial background, being more suited
to be the CFO, if we wind up having one, not the Delegate.
